6 Day / 5 Night Tour - Illiniza Norte, Cayambe, Chimborazo
I did the 6-day tour up Illiniza Norte, Cayambe & Chimborazo with Cumbre Tours for my first trip to Ecuador. I had a great tour - the acclimatization plan was just right for me and we got lucky with the conditions in being able to summit. Diego is a great guide and I'm glad Adriana was able to schedule him for my trip - he was attentive, knew the routes like the back of his hand, held a good pace and prioritized safety. I also really enjoyed the accommodations, especially the historic Chimborazo lodge - if you're into mountaineering at all, it's really cool to see all the climbing artifacts and meet Marco Cruz. I also got a kick out of staying at the High Camp, if you end up going that way. Overall, I'd say the tour was totally worth it. Cumbre Tours - Day Treks
Had a fantastic experience with Cumbre Tours in Ecuador hiking Corazón and a Illiniza Norte. Adriana was super helpful and responsive setting everything up and our guide Sebastian was amazing. Reaching the summit is possible with Cumbre!
Okay - I am not a "climber" by any stretch of the imagination. The guys at Cumbre Tours handled my apprehension with professionalism and kindness. While I do not recommend climbing without any prior experience, they ensured our safety while making every effort they could to make sure we reached the summit. They knew when to take caution while our group adjusted to altitude and successfully helped us to the top of TWO volcanoes in Ecuador. I don't even know all the words I can say to show my appreciation and how amazing this group of individuals were. It was an absolute pleasure to share space and the summit with them! The best guides I have ever had

THE BEST CLIMBING GUIDES BAR NONE

Cumbre Tours is the best in the business!
Been a fan of Karl for a while! It was awesome getting to meet and climb with him. Super impressed with his skills and with what a genuinely good person he is! I was equally impressed with Darwin, Paul, Chiki and David. All were very professional and personable. I felt safe a all times with them.
